We had gotten other quotes but we didn't feel comfortable with the companies. A friend recommended your plumbing company so we gave them a call. A technician came out and instead of giving us a quote on the new field he did some investigation into why it was saturated. He found our water softener was stuck on and letting approximately 300 gallons a day into our septic field. Instead of replacing our field we replaced our water softener for a fraction of the cost of a new field. If we had gone with one of the other quotes we would have spent $20,000 that we didn't need to and eventually have the same problem again. Thank you!. "

They gave us an estimate of the cost for the repairs and were very informative that what the repair intailed. Repairs were done quickly and timely.
