"I was so impressed with the two guys that came out. They were even an hour early. I believe their names were Lee & Fergil (spelling?) Two of the nicest guys and they showed me on the camera where the tree roots were blocking the sewer. Roots were augered out as much as they could be. A couple of pipes are collapsing and they gave me info on either using acid to destroy the roots, since they'll keep growing or having to replace the system. I was really pleased with their service, the politeness of these two men and will likely be using them to replace my hot water tank in a couple of months."

"We have used Action Auger a few times in the last 2 years. Yes they have made us smile! We have been impressed with all the techs that have come. We are out of town at Mossleigh and know there is a fee to travel. We like the flat rate for dispatch and travel instead of by the km which has cost us in the past which has been double or more. We have called and had someone come the same day for pressure switch and again for our boiler. When they had to come the second time to do the flush on our boiler the dispatch fee was waived. The techs we have had were Geoff, Lee, Kale and Wayne. It is nice that when you call you speak to a real person and not have to do the 20 questions and transfers and hold for 20 minutes first. All of them were professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again and recommend them to friends and family especially those that are out of town. This is a company that understands what customer service means!"

"The Gentlemen Plumbers are the best Calgary plumbing company out there. Our septic field was bubbling up and saturated. We thought we were going to have to replace it for $20,000.00 plus! We had gotten other quotes but we didn't feel comfortable with the companies. A friend recommended your plumbing company so we gave them a call. A technician came out and instead of giving us a quote on the new field he did some investigation into why it was saturated. He found our water softener was stuck on and letting approximately 300 gallons a day into our septic field. Instead of replacing our field we replaced our water softener for a fraction of the cost of a new field. If we had gone with one of the other quotes we would have spent $20,000 that we didn't need to and eventually have the same problem again. Thank you!. "
