Their service men were very helpful and patient, explaining everything to us that was being done showing respect for both us and our property. (They wore booties while in my home) Upon completion of our project our water system was perfect for washing clothes, watering the garden and above all drinking. "I was so impressed with the two guys that came out. They were even an hour early. I believe their names were Lee & Fergil (spelling?) Two of the nicest guys and they showed me on the camera where the tree roots were blocking the sewer. Roots were augered out as much as they could be. A couple of pipes are collapsing and they gave me info on either using acid to destroy the roots, since they'll keep growing or having to replace the system. I was really pleased with their service, the politeness of these two men and will likely be using them to replace my hot water tank in a couple of months."

"We have used Action Auger a few times in the last 2 years. Yes they have made us smile! We have been impressed with all the techs that have come. We are out of town at Mossleigh and know there is a fee to travel. We like the flat rate for dispatch and travel instead of by the km which has cost us in the past which has been double or more. We have called and had someone come the same day for pressure switch and again for our boiler. When they had to come the second time to do the flush on our boiler the dispatch fee was waived. The techs we have had were Geoff, Lee, Kale and Wayne. It is nice that when you call you speak to a real person and not have to do the 20 questions and transfers and hold for 20 minutes first. All of them were professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again and recommend them to friends and family especially those that are out of town. This is a company that understands what customer service means!"

"Called in the service to look at a double leak under kitchen sink. The guys that came with excellent, Jeff and Neal. They gave us an estimate of the cost for the repairs and were very informative that what the repair intailed. Repairs were done quickly and timely. The guys offered us a service program and a cleaning aid for drains. No pressure from them, gave us the option to contact the office if we wanted the extras. They did a complimentary home inspection after all the work was done. Both guys were friendley and very professional. Would definetely use again."
