They gave us an estimate of the cost for the repairs and were very informative that what the repair intailed. Repairs were done quickly and timely. The guys offered us a service program and a cleaning aid for drains. No pressure from them, gave us the option to contact the office if we wanted the extras. "The Gentlemen Plumbers are the best Calgary plumbing company out there. Our septic field was bubbling up and saturated. We thought we were going to have to replace it for $20,000.00 plus! We had gotten other quotes but we didn't feel comfortable with the companies. A friend recommended your plumbing company so we gave them a call. A technician came out and instead of giving us a quote on the new field he did some investigation into why it was saturated. He found our water softener was stuck on and letting approximately 300 gallons a day into our septic field. Instead of replacing our field we replaced our water softener for a fraction of the cost of a new field. If we had gone with one of the other quotes we would have spent $20,000 that we didn't need to and eventually have the same problem again. Thank you!. "
